Job summary

Celltrion Healthcare Philippines Inc. in Makati is seeking a diligent finance intern to assist with documentation and essential admin tasks in the accounting function.

You will help prepare and facilitate payments, summarize and maintain the bookkeeping records, and file vouchers and tax forms as part of daily operations. The role offers exposure to BIR e-submissions, data encoding, and organized workflow using MS Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Preferably residing near Makati City.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to follow instructions efficiently.
• Willing to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and facilitates payments through the company's banking system.
• Summarizes and keeps the Loose- Book of Accounts.
• Files all the accounting files (Vouchers, RFP, BIR tax Forms, etc.).
• Encodes the data in BIR Systems for e-submission to BIR and others.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
