Job summary

Manulife is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our Hybrid team in Manila. You will implement the risk framework across business units, support RC/SCAs, and lead audits with stakeholders to ensure controls are effective and timely evidence is provided.

You will build risk metrics, prepare senior-level reports, and work with leaders to develop corrective actions and sustainable solutions. A strong background in insurance operations and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in operational risk, controls, internal audit or related governance.
• Solid understanding of insurance operational processes and governance requirements.
• Experience in global or regional roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute core elements of the risk management framework across assigned units.
• Support and complete risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs).
• Lead audit engagements and coordinate with business leads to document processes, risks and controls.
