Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience preferred.
• Experience with transactional operations execution to defined service levels and quality.
• Formal training in Project Management, Lean Process Design or Value Stream Mapping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance metrics and governance for processes.
• Monitor methodologies, processes, procedures and best practices for adoption.
• Provide escalation support for systems, process and data issues.
• Drive projects and manage changes to improve value for customers.
• Lead UATs for new functionalities and coordinate with IT for changes.
