Job summary

Xerox Corporation seeks an experienced Business Application Support Analyst to oversee Production Operations and Service Delivery for O2C systems and enterprise applications across global regions. The role focuses on reliability, stability, and performance of billing, invoicing, and financial processes while leading cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

The candidate will work with SAP/S4 HANA, Siebel, PowerBI, and other legacy/cloud apps in hybrid environments, driving service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of IT Service Delivery or Application Support experience.
Proven expertise in managing enterprise and legacy applications.
Strong understanding of O2C business processes and finance operations.
It is beneficial to have ITIL familiarity or certification.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production operations for Order to Cash systems and enterprise legacy apps.
Oversee daily support for platforms including SAP/S4 HANA, Siebel, and related tools.
Ensure accurate processing of billing, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
