Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–10 years of experience in Banking Operations, Finance, MIS/Reporting, or Transformation.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, workflow redesign, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process analysis, reporting rationalization, and workflow redesign.
