Job summary

FML Agriventures Corp. is seeking a diligent farm qualifications officer to conduct daily roving inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety rules. You will monitor KPIs like mortality, production, and egg quality, and support documentation with precise data entry.

Responsibilities include using PPE correctly, handling eggs and poultry carefully, and maintaining accurate records through forms and logs; teamwork and adaptability are essential for shift-based farm operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related course; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in poultry, livestock, feed mill, or food production environment is an advantage.
• Able to analyze simple data (Excel) and convert into clear reports and visual summaries.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays if required by farm operations

• Conduct daily roving inspections in farm compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety rules.

• Assist procedures, including correct use of PPE, proper handling eggs, handling chickens and cleaning standards. Prepare, review, and file operational forms, inspection checklists, and monitoring logs to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
