Job summary

Ayyang's Thai Beauty Shop in Mayamot, Antipolo Rizal, is seeking an Ops Manager to oversee the complete order fulfillment cycle across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, from receipt to dispatch, coordinating with the Warehouse Manager and Fulfillment Team Leaders.

The role emphasizes courier coordination, RTS/cancellations/refunds, and continuous improvement through KPI tracking, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, HR, sales, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• Min 2 years in operations role, supervisory level.
• Experience in management/executive operations.
• Familiar with key functions such as marketing, human resources, sales, and finance.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and experience in tracking performance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment across online and offline orders.
• Coordinate with Units to ensure orders are packed and ready on time.
• Oversee dispatch and courier scheduling; troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Handle RTS, cancellations, and refunds with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with platform reps on campaigns and surges.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and optimize efficiency.
• Lead team huddles, mentor staff, and drive operational agility.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and action plans for leadership.
