Job summary

Ayyang's Thai Beauty Products and Trading Corp. is seeking an Ops Manager to ensure efficient, accurate order fulfillment across all platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and offline channels.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the end-to-end fulfillment cycle from order receipt to dispatch, coordinating with the Warehouse Manager and Fulfillment staff. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, handling RTS, cancellations and refunds, coordinating with platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations role, preferably supervisory or managerial.
• Proven experience in a management or executive-level operations role.
• Familiarity with marketing, human resources, sales, and finance.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and experience in tracking and analyzing performance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment cycle from order receipt to dispatch.
• Coordinate with Units to ensure orders are packed and ready on time.
• Oversee dispatch and courier pickup scheduling, troubleshoot delivery concerns.
• Handle RTS, cancellations, and refunds with internal units and platform representatives.
• Collaborate with Platform Representatives on campaigns, volume surges, and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and optimize fulfillment efficiency.
• Lead team huddles and meetings to empower teams and mentor talent.
• Prepare and submit team schedules, operational reports, and action plans.
