Job summary

I-Serve360 Corporation in Naga City, Camarines Sur, is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead our warehousing, storage and distribution activities. This full‑time role is pivotal to maintaining efficient day‑to‑day operations.

You will optimise processes, ensure health and safety compliance, supervise staff, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across logistics to deliver reliable service to clients and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar in warehousing/distribution (min 2 years)
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyse data and drive operational decisions
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE)
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus

About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our dynamic team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our warehousing, storage and distribution facility. As Operation Manager, you will be responsible for optimising operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across all warehouse and logistics functions. This strategic position is essential to maintaining our competitive edge in the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector and directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and development
• Monitor inventory levels and implement systems to optimise stock management and reduce losses
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards and company policies across all operational areas
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
• Analyse operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient distribution
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, costs and operational challenges
• Respond promptly to operational issues and implement solutions to minimise disruptions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and maintain quality standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Operation Manager, Warehouse Manager or similar role in warehousing, storage and distribution for a minimum of 2 years
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software and logistics technology
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams of varying sizes in fast‑paced environments
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience using reports to drive operational decision‑making
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is advantageous
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or six sigma methodologies is preferred
• Ability to work flexibly and manage unexpected operational challenges
