Job summary

Thomson Medical is seeking an Operating Theatre Assistant to support nursing and clinical staff in the operating theatre in the Philippines. You will assist with pre- and post-operative patient care, maintain sterile environments, and help prepare and manage surgical equipment and specimens.

The role requires teamwork, independence, and technical competency in theatre procedures. Accountability and collaboration with the surgical team are essential for efficient theatre operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or Certificate in Health Care.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Technical competency in operating theatre procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities
