Job summary

TASQ in Makati is seeking a proactive Scheduling Specialist to optimize workforce deployment in a fast-paced BPO setting. You will design dynamic shift plans, forecast demand, and collaborate with Operations and HR to align hiring and training with scheduling needs.

You will monitor schedules in real time, generate performance reports, and propose innovative strategies to boost productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

At least 12 months of proven experience in scheduling or workforce management in the BPO sector.
BS Math, Accountancy, or Computer Science degree.
Must be amenable to start ASAP.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to work onsite in Makati with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Create and refine dynamic scheduling processes that maximize workforce efficiency and boost productivity.
Assess staffing demands and predict upcoming scheduling needs to stay ahead.
Work closely with operations and HR to ensure schedules align with recruitment and training plans.
