This onsite role ensures documentation is up-to-date and aligned with client templates, contributing to high-quality therapeutic care.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of Admin or Coordinator experience in the NDIS or healthcare sector, strong English communication, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience as an Admin or Coordinator in the NDIS or healthcare industry in Australia.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate scheduled formal supervision sessions for care workers.
• Support workers in applying the therapeutic care model to placements and behaviours.
• Monitor supervision schedules, records, and flag overdue sessions.
• Review incident documentation, create learning summaries, and drive action items.
• Issue wellbeing surveys and analyze results to recommend actions.
• Assist with audits of case notes, care plans, and documentation standards.
