Brainbox is a unique BPO focusing on culture and kindness. They seek a Care Coordinator to support supervision sessions, incident reviews, wellbeing surveys, and audits for a frontline care team.

The role is onsite at the Pampanga office in the Philippines, with responsibilities spanning supervision facilitation, incident review, wellbeing tracking, and audit support. The candidate should have 2-4 years of admin/coordinator experience in Australia’s healthcare or NDIS sectors, strong English

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an Admin or Coordinator in the NDIS industry or healthcare industry in Australia.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with an Australian or international client, particularly in health, community services, or care-related sectors.
• Familiarity with child-safe standards, safeguarding frameworks, or out-of-home care practices.
• Comfortable managing multiple recurring schedules and documentation cycles independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate scheduled supervision sessions for Therapeutic Care Workers.
• Support reflection on the therapeutic care model and oversee scheduling records.
• Monitor supervision schedules, flag overdue sessions and prepare learning summaries.
• Assist with incident reviews, practice learning, and documenting outcomes.
• Maintain audit registers, record findings, and verify closure.
