Qualifications

• College graduate required.
• No call center or technical support experience required; related experience a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to learn technical processes and systems.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to technical inquiries.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical processes.
• Assist with account, device, connectivity, or service-related concerns.
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM.
