Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain/Logistics-focused professional to support Kraft Heinz ANZ from our Taguig office. You will handle customer calls, deliver 1st level technical support, and drive timely service restorations in line with SOPs.

Role requires a bachelor's degree in business, at least 3 years in logistics/supply chain in BPO/shared services, and strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; onsite work with possible night shifts and weekend coverage is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree graduate in any business-related course.
At least 3 years of Logistics/Supply Chain experience in a BPO/Shared Services or Logistics setup.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Willing to work onsite; night shifts, shifting schedules and holidays may be required.
No permanent Work-From-Home or hybrid arrangements offered.

Responsibilities

Assist customers via calls as the major support channel and provide timely resolutions following SOPs.
Provide 1st level technical support and service restoration to ensure maximum availability.
Follow a disciplined problem-solving approach and meet prescribed timelines.
Conduct 1st measure analysis and coordinate with support teams for escalation handling.
Research and educate clients while promoting client products and services; identify opportunities.
