Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in semiconductor test development or sustaining activities.
• At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET and power discrete testing.
• Familiar with test cell knowledge and test operation flow.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 audit processes is a plus.
• Proficient in English; able to coordinate across multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in Philippines.
• Maverick Lot disposition.
• On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities.
• Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend.
• Responsible for major subcons KPI including MPE cycle time and Lot Reject Rate.
