Job summary

Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance/Control leader to drive end-to-end QA/QC activities in a 100% onsite setting. You will independently manage complex quality issues, lead root-cause investigations, and approve quality plans, PFMEA, and Contro Plans while coordinating with Engineering, Production, and customers on critical issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and at least 5 years in the semiconductor/electronics sector, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in semiconductor/electronics/o-electronics field.
Experience leading quality assurance and control in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and CAPA.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end quality activities including QA and QC.
Manage complex quality issues and drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
Review and approve quality plans, PFMEA, Control Plans, inspection standards, and validation results.
Lead line qualification to ensure production readiness.
Establish and improve inspection methods and QC systems.
