Job summary

Astigom Technology Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle high-volume inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, empathetic support. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with 22 workdays per month.

You will use our CRM to process requests, document interactions, and ensure follow-through while adhering to data privacy policies and performance KPIs. The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service experience and strong communication

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and concerns.
Attention to detail and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer concerns by handling high-volume inquiries, identifying root causes, providing appropriate solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly, demonstrating empathy, taking ownership of concerns, processing requests through CRM, and ensuring proper follow-through.
Maintain compliance and performance standards by accurately documenting customer interactions, meeting individual and team KPIs, and adhering to Account's security, authentication, and data privacy policies.
