Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the Muntinlupa area for a hybrid setup, handling calls, emails and chats to deliver proactive, end-to-end support. You’ll report to the Customer Service Supervisor and contribute to optimizing the customer journey with empathy and data-driven insights.

Work hours are Mon-Fri 9am–6pm with possible weekend overtime; start date is November 2, 2026. Salary: 20,000 PHP monthly.

Qualifications

• At least six months to one year of contact centre customer service experience.
• Experience with email and messaging channels is a plus.
• Willing to work in MCX area.
• Able to work during public holidays and shifting schedules.
• Has a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, end-to-end customer support and engagement, focusing on the entire customer journey with empathy, innovation, and data-driven insights.
• Reporting to the Supervisor or Team Leader for Customer Service.
• Handle customer interactions across calls, emails, chat, social media and other potential channels.
