Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction and problem resolution for clients’ customers.
• Resolve customer needs, concerns, and problems.
• Educate customers on detailed product information.
• Document customer cases accurately.
• Escalate, transfer and redirect customer concerns when needed.
• Learn ongoing training and program updates to improve handling.
• Find solutions beyond standard procedures.
