Job summary

247.ai Philippines is seeking an on-site customer service associate in Metro Manila. You will deliver customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and educate customers on product information, while maintaining professional communication. Training is provided and performance bonuses are offered.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate (with or without call center experience) and possesses excellent spoken and written communication skills. Willingness to work on-site is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and above.
• High School Graduate with at least six months of call center experience or Senior High School graduate with or without call center experience.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to educate customers on inquiries and other product information.
• Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers.
• Resolve customer needs, concerns, and problems.
• Educate the customer on detailed product information.
• Document customer cases accurately.
• Escalate, transfer, and redirect customer concerns properly.
• Learn and understand ongoing training and program updates to improve issue handling and satisfaction.
• Find creative solutions beyond standard scenarios.
