Job summary

247.ai Philippines invites energetic individuals to join our Digital Recruitment Hub for a streamlined one-day hiring process, available Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM. On-site roles with paid training and opportunities for growth.

You should be 18+, high school graduate, with or without call center experience, possess strong communication skills and the ability to educate customers on product information and resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or above.
• High School Graduate with at least six months of call center experience or Senior High School graduate with or without call center experience.
• Willing to work on-site and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to educate customers on inquiries and other product information and handle complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction and problem resolution for client customers.
• Resolve customer needs, concerns, and problems.
• Educate customers on detailed product information.
• Document customer cases accurately.
• Escalate, transfer, and redirect customer concerns appropriately.
• Learn ongoing training and program updates to improve issue handling and satisfaction.
• Find creative solutions beyond standard procedures.
