SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Project Development Supervisor to support planning, evaluation, and coordination of real estate development projects from concept to launch.

The role includes feasibility studies, market and site analysis, permit tracking, and cross-functional follow-through to ensure timely project readiness and execution onsite at Two Ecom, MOA Complex, Pasay City. You will work closely with the Project Development Manager and coordinate across Construction, Finance, Legal,

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a construction project management context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
• Demonstrates foundational knowledge of project planning, resource management and ensuring compliance under supervision.
• Understands basic project execution principles, assisting in the monitoring of project deliverables and ensuring adherence to the timeline under supervision.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite at Two Ecom, MOA Complex, Pasay City

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight & Monitoring Support: supervise delivery milestones and coordinate action plans for delays.
• Project Planning & Documentation: develop concepts, planning recommendations, briefs, and presentation materials.
• Permits, Approvals & Compliance Monitoring: assist in permits, clearances, and regulatory tracking with stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align requirements across Construction, Finance, Legal, Sales, Leasing, Procurement, and Property Management.
• Stakeholder & Administrative Support: coordinate meetings, document minutes, and action logs.
