Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to provide engineering support for ongoing and future projects. This role covers the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to close-out, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years’ experience in design or construction management, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision. This is an on-site position at Two Ecom, MOA Complex.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in design or construction management.
• Experience in both horizontal and vertical property development projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Determine project requirements and source Design Consultants.
• Monitor project development and manage risks effectively.
• Ensure quality of contractors' works and adherence to plans.

Skills

Licensed Electrical Engineer

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with SAP2000/STAAD.Pro/ETABS

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
