Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Estate Management to oversee large-scale estate, township, and mixed-use developments in Manila.

You will lead planning, feasibility studies, and master planning while coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements. The role requires at least 10 years in estate or real estate development and 5 years of managerial experience, with onsite work at MOA Complex, Pasay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Real Estate Development, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Licensed Environmental Planner, Architect, or Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of estate planning, township development, or large-scale mixed-use projects.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in township, commercial, residential, industrial, or integrated developments.
• Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

POSITION: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - ESTATE MANAGEMENT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning and development of estate, township, and mixed-use projects from concept development to implementation.
• Manage the preparation and review of master plans, land use plans, development frameworks, and estate growth strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, and development assessments for prospective projects.
• Develop project schedules, planning milestones, budgets, and resource plans to support development objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Development, Engineering, Construction, Asset Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business Development.
• Manage and oversee the work of external consultants, planners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of planning deliverables and monitor project progress against established targets.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities with government agencies, local government units (LGUs), utility providers, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee project permitting, development approvals, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support successful project execution.
• Evaluate land acquisition opportunities and provide planning recommendations to maximize asset value and development potential.
• Integrate sustainability, resiliency, and smart city principles into estate planning and development initiatives.
• Prepare and present project updates, planning recommendations, and development strategies to senior management.
• Ensure all development plans align with corporate objectives, market demand, and long-term estate development goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Real Estate Development, or related field.
• Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, or related discipline is an advantage.
• Licensed Environmental Planner, Architect, or Engineer is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in estate planning, township development, real estate development, project planning, or large-scale mixed-use developments.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven track record in managing township, commercial, residential, industrial, or integrated estate developments.
• Strong knowledge of land use planning, zoning regulations, development controls, and estate development processes.
• Experience in project feasibility studies, development programming, and investment evaluation.
• Willing to work ONSITE at MOA Complex, Pasay City
