Job summary

IDGC is seeking a Product Insight Analyst to empower commercial and product intelligence across Sportsbook, Casino, Slots and Poker. You will maintain KPI frameworks, build executive dashboards and deliver data-driven insights to the CPO and stakeholders.

Collaborating with BI, Product and Finance teams, you will drive decision making, support business cases for investments, measure impact of changes, and ensure data quality and compliance in a regulated gaming environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in analytics or related field.
• 3+ years experience as data/product analyst, preferably in gaming/digital products.
• Experience analyzing large transactional datasets.
• Fluent written and spoken English (business-level).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the core product and commercial KPI framework across Sportsbook, Casino, Slots and Poker.
• Build and maintain KPI baselines, executive dashboards and automated performance reporting.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and insights on key metrics across all product verticals to stakeholders.
• Analyze the end-to-end customer funnel: registration, KYC, deposit, first bet/spin, retention and reactivation.
• Perform data mining, transformation to uncover trends and product performance.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to explain performance shifts and inform decisions.
• Help define KPI standards, reporting frameworks and analytical methodologies.
• Identify revenue opportunities, friction points, conversion losses and retention drivers.
• Design, analyze and report on A/B tests and product experiments.
• Provide insight for portfolio prioritization and executive decision-making.
