Job summary

SYSGEN RPO seeks a data/product analyst to support KPI framework and performance reporting across Gaming verticals. You will build dashboards, analyze customer funnels and provide insights to product and commercial stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data quality, collaboration with product teams, and delivering actionable recommendations for business decisions. Strong SQL, Excel, Python or R skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a data / product analyst, ideally within gaming or digital product environments.
• Experience analyzing large transactional datasets.
• Fluent written and spoken English (business-level).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the core product and commercial KPI framework across Sportsbook, Casino, Slots and Poker.
• Build and maintain KPI baselines, executive dashboards and automated performance reporting.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and insights on key metrics across all product verticals to product and commercial stakeholders.
• Analyze the end-to-end customer funnel: registration, KYC, deposit, first bet or spin, retention and reactivation.
