Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Procurement Associate to handle end-to-end procurement, inventory, and warehouse support on-site at Clark Pampanga. The role involves processing requests, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation in line with company procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in procurement or related fields, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of procurement, purchasing, logistics, or admin support experience.
• Understanding of internal standards, procurement policies, and operational practices.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and know how to drive.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related procurement documents.
• Source suppliers and request quotations; compare pricing and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and payments; monitor status.
• Track deliveries to ensure items match orders and specs; coordinate receiving activities.
• Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies; manage returns or claims with vendors.
