Qualifications

- Understanding of AC power and how to properly ground AC circuitry.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality support and customer care.
- Identify, analyze, and repair hardware, software, and network failures.
- Manage company inventory of parts required to maintain customer equipment.
- Availability to run service calls on nights and weekends.
