Qualifications

• 2-5 years of pure outbound sales experience in a BPO setting is a MUST.
• Strong experience in lead generation or lead mining.
• Experience handling a large volume of outbound calls is a MUST.
• Excellent English communication skills and client management.
• Digital storage management experience is a BIG ADVANTAGE.
• Resilient and comfortable handling objections.
• Competent in using Microsoft Dynamics and CRM tools.
• Amenable to work onsite (BGC Taguig).

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
