Qualifications

• College graduate or completed at least 2 years of college education.
• Previous outbound sales experience is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish customer trust.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and promote insurance products to potential clients.
