Outsource Accelerator is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for on-site work in Pasig. You will manage employer-of-record duties for a portfolio of employees, coaching, and performance monitoring, while ensuring accurate timekeeping and documentation.

The role involves attending client calls alongside the Associate Director of Operations and progressing toward independent client account management. The position focuses on process documentation, records management, and collaboration with HR

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a team lead or supervisor role within a BPO/outsourcing environment.
• Experience coaching, giving feedback, or managing performance.
• Proven coaching documentation, incident reports, or compliance records.
• Strong ability to write clear, step-by-step processes from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with ability to manage many documents.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and varied client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OA's people obligations for a portfolio of employees.
• Conduct coaching sessions and document outcomes with action plans.
• Assist with timekeeping review and attendance management.
• Attend client calls and develop independent client account management.
• Create and maintain an operations process library with version control.
• Submit weekly summaries covering tasks, progress, blockers, and insights.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership on onboarding and lifecycle events.
