Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage data, coordinate property inspections, maintain accurate records, and support reporting within a global real estate operations context. The role is onsite in Baguio and requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of data handling experience.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word/Excel, highly organized, and able to multitask while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience managing and processing large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or Excel.
• Must be locally based in the Baguio-Benguet area and able to work onsite.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to continuously improve.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requests.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Review job requests to identify and source the required documents.
• Manage shared inboxes by monitoring messages, forwarding queries, and ensuring timely responses.
• Perform word processing tasks, including building and formatting reports.
• Make calls to schedule property inspections and coordinate with valuers.
• Update and maintain the CRM with accurate information.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Upload and email reports and invoices.
• Support ad hoc tasks as required.
• Ensure KPIs are met.
