Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Application Support professional to join the Ortigas, Pasig team, onsite with a night shift. The role focuses on analyzing user issues, monitoring logs, and providing second-level support, while collaborating with an international support team to ensure software stability and performance.

Candidates should have prior software or application support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and C#.

Qualifications

• Experience in software or application support.
• Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience reproducing and analyzing software faults.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and C#.
• Excellent communication and documentation of issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring user issues, document findings, and prepare incidents for escalation.
• Monitor application logs, identify errors, resolve issues, escalate complex cases.
• Provide second-level technical support to internal colleagues and assist 1st Level Support.
• Investigate SQL/NoSQL database issues and analyze application behavior to find root causes.
• Use C# to troubleshoot and reproduce issues for software stability.
