Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Ortigas, Pasig to work onsite during night shift. The role involves analyzing recurring user issues, monitoring logs, and escalating complex cases to the right teams for resolution.

You will provide second-level technical support, investigate SQL and NoSQL database problems, and leverage C# to reproduce and fix issues while ensuring software stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a software or application support role.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and ability to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring user issues, document findings, and prepare incidents for escalation.
• Monitor application job logs, identify errors, resolve issues where possible, and escalate complex cases.
• Provide second-level technical support to internal colleagues and assist 1st level support with complex software issues.
• Investigate SQL/NoSQL database issues and analyze application behavior to identify root causes.
• Use C# to troubleshoot, reproduce, and narrow down application issues while maintaining software stability.
