Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT 2nd Level Support professional for onsite night shift in Ortigas, Pasig. You will analyze user issues, review logs, and support the 1st Level team with complex software problems while investigating SQL/NoSQL databases and applying C# debugging to ensure system stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a software support or application support role.
• Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience reproducing, analyzing, and investigating software faults.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases, NoSQL databases, and C#.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and documentation of issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring user issues, document findings, and prepare incidents for escalation.
• Monitor application logs, identify errors, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Provide second-level technical support to internal colleagues and assist 1st Level Support with complex issues.
• Investigate SQL and NoSQL database issues and analyze application behavior to identify root causes.
• Utilize C# to troubleshoot, reproduce, and narrow down application issues while supporting stability and performance.
