Job summary

Relay Human Cloud seeks a detail-oriented Hospitality Accountant in the Philippines to support US-based clients with accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. The role focuses on hotel accounting, with a 2+ year requirement and strong Excel skills.

You will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, assist in closing processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This onsite position follows a fixed night shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and on a fixed night shift (8AM-5PM Central time).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and expense reports.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting accuracy.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and provide support during audits.
