Clark Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting for multiple entities. The role involves reconciliations, recordkeeping, and general accounting tasks, with a focus on accurate financial records and timely reporting.

The position is onsite at Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga, with an 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT schedule. Ideal candidates have experience with QuickBooks, Business Central, Canopy, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Business Central, Canopy, or similar systems.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple entities.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Record and categorize financial transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation
• Track intercompany transactions and related activity
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Help prepare basic financial reports and schedules
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
