Job summary

Clark Outsourcing in Clark, Pampanga seeks a meticulous Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting for multiple entities. You will record transactions, reconcile accounts, manage payables/receivables, and assist month-end close. Strong Excel and knowledge of QuickBooks/BC/Canopy are preferred.

The role is onsite, night shift 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT, offering growth and a collaborative team environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Business Central, Canopy or similar systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation.
• Track intercompany transactions and related activity.
• Assist with month-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Help prepare basic financial reports and schedules.
• Identify discrepancies and assist with resolving accounting issues.
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
