Qualifications

• With at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge in Asset management tool
• Knowledge in Asset Management principles and practices
• With good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite and night shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials
• Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system in order to maintain accurate inventory data
• Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
• In-charge of tagging of company asset and supplies
• Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and supplies
• Prepare accurate and complete inventory report
• Implement good warehouse practices
• Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all IT asset management activities, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.
