Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines invites applications for an Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Cagayan de Oro. You will perform warehousing and store-keeping tasks, manage inventory, and ensure records are accurate while supporting IT asset deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials.
• Ensure inventory activities are encoded in the system to maintain accurate inventory data.
• Assist in physical inventories and counts and in reconciling inventory variances.
• Tag company assets and supplies.
• Verify and conduct quality inspections of incoming/outgoing assets and supplies.
• Prepare accurate and complete inventory reports.
• Implement good warehouse practices.
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain thorough documentation of IT asset management activities, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials
• Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system in order to maintain accurate
  inventory data
• Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
• In-charge of tagging of company asset and supplies
• Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and
  supplies
• Prepare accurate and complete inventory report
• Implement good warehouse practices
• Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as
  needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all IT asset management activities, including acquisition,
  deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.
