Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join onsite night shift. You will manage warehousing, stock recording, asset tagging, and inventory controls, ensuring accuracy across systems and physical counts.

You will collaborate with IT and operations to maintain assets, perform inspections, generate reports, and support deployments and retrievals, contributing to a reliable asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in asset management.
• Knowledge in asset management tools.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, record, issue, and deliver stocks/materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in the system.
• Assist in physical inventories and reconciling variances.
• Tag company assets and supplies.
• Conduct quality inspections of assets and supplies.
• Prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Document IT asset management activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials
• Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system in order to maintain accurate
  inventory data
• Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
• In-charge of tagging of company asset and supplies
• Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and
  supplies
• Prepare accurate and complete inventory report
• Implement good warehouse practices
• Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as
  needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all IT asset management activities, including acquisition,
  deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.
