Job summary

Vivant is seeking a Level 1 Network & VoIP Support Engineer for an on-site role in Pampanga. You will handle end-to-end support for networking, VoIP, and managed connectivity, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating field technicians to keep customer environments online.

This hands-on MSP/NOC position requires strong English communication, 5+ years in technical support, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with uptime, accountability, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, NOC, MSP in a telecommunications environment.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience providing customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
• Own, update, and resolve support tickets end-to-end.
• Monitor alerts, dashboards, and ticket queues; escalate when needed.
• Provision and support UniFi networking equipment.
• Coordinate field technicians and validate job completion.
• Follow SOPs and document troubleshooting steps clearly.
