Job summary

Vivant is seeking a Level 1 Network & VoIP Support Engineer to join on-site in Pampanga. You will troubleshoot networking, VoIP, and managed connectivity issues and own tickets end-to-end in a real MSP/NOC setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring alerts, coordinating field visits, provisioning UniFi/VoIP gear, and maintaining documentation. Requires 5+ years in telecom support and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, NOC, MSP, or ISP in a telecom environment.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Experience providing customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
• Own, update, and resolve support tickets end-to-end.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely customer updates.
• Meet response and resolution SLAs.
• Coordinate field technicians and on-site visits when needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge base.
