Job summary

Vivant Corporation seeks a Level 1 Network & VoIP Support Engineer to join the on-site Pampanga team. You will be the first line of defense for customer networking, VoIP, and managed connectivity issues, owning tickets end-to-end and coordinating field technicians as needed.

This hands-on role lives inside a real MSP/NOC environment, not a call center. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical support, excellent English communication, and a willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and

Qualifications

• > 5+ years in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, NOC, MSP in telecom environments.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience providing customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Own, update, and resolve support tickets end-to-end
• Troubleshoot networking, VoIP, and WAN issues in a MSP/NOC context
• Monitor alerts and prioritize outages to meet SLAs
• Escalate to Level 2, carriers, or engineering when needed
• Coordinate field technicians and onsite installations
