Job summary

Vivant is hiring an on-site Level 1 Network & VoIP Support Engineer in Pampanga. You will be the first line of defense for customer issues across networking, VoIP, and managed connectivity services, owning tickets end-to-end and ensuring environments stay online.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical support within MSP/NOC settings, strong English communication, and experience supporting via phone, email, and chat. Relocation to Angeles, Pampanga may be provided for qualified hires.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in Technical Support, Help Desk, NOC or MSP in telecom environments.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience providing customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
• Own, update, and resolve support tickets end-to-end.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely customer updates.
• Meet response and resolution SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, VoIP, and LAN/WAN issues.
• Coordinate field technicians and validate job completion.
