Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Resident Engineer for SM City San Fernando Downtown, Pampanga. The role supervises the mall's MEPFS equipment operations to ensure reliable utilities for daily operations and compliance with government standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional license in related field preferred.
• 2-5 years supervisory electro-mechanical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEPFS operations and maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Manage contractors and projects, including bidding, inspections, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure optimal utility performance through monitoring and corrective measures on water and power.
• Support tenant coordination by reviewing MEPFS plans and inspecting sites.
• Promote safety and provide training and development.
