The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in mall facilities, strong safety knowledge, and ability to manage projects and comply with government regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising mall equipment operations.
• Experience in planning and implementing repairs, maintenance and replacements of MEPFS equipment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements for mall facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEPFS operations and maintenance to ensure mall mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Manage contractors and projects by handling bidding, inspections, and progress monitoring to meet standards and timelines.
• Ensure optimal utility performance through monitoring and implementing corrective measures on water and power consumption.
• Support tenant coordination by reviewing MEPFS plans, inspections and addressing technical service concerns.
• Promote safety and professional growth by enforcing safety standards and training initiatives.
