The role focuses on monitoring shipments, supporting tracking, validating customer and order details, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in logistics or fast-paced service environments.
• Relevant education or training in customer service, business administration, or logistics is advantageous.
• Familiar with Machship, carrier portals, ticketing tools, and basic business applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment and dispatch information; support tracking and transport requests.
• Respond to customer enquiries via tickets, email, and phone with accurate information.
• Assist with order management, delivery delays, and proof of delivery (POD) requests.
• Validate addresses and update records; escalate non-standard issues as needed.
• Maintain logs and documentation; support AI readiness and process improvements.
