The position requires strong customer service, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office in Monkayo, Davao de Oro. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (business preferred), solid communication, negotiation and numerical skills, and willingness to work onsite.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• At least one year experience in branch operations; fresh graduates welcome
• Proficiency in computer and business applications
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective interpersonal and people management skills
• Good problem solving and numerical skills
• Willing to work onsite in Monkayo, Davao de Oro

Mansioni

• Entertain walk-in borrowers and pre-screening applications in Loan Sales/Processing Office.
• Prepare and consolidate reports related to Sales.
• Assist Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing.
• Process accounts and encode in the system.
• Handle inquiries and serve as liaison with other units to resolve service issues
